オフィスで電話を取るときの応対用サンプルです。自分の為に作ってみました（笑）
面と向って会話するのとは違って、電話は本当に難しいです。
これで少しでも時間を稼ぎましょう（笑）

どなたに御用ですか？
"Who would you like to speak to?"

どちら様でしょうか？
"Who's calling, please?" or "May I tell him who's calling?"

ちょっと待ってください。
"Hold on, please." or "Just a moment."

ちょっと待ってください、呼びますから。
"Please hold on a minute. I'll get him."

彼に代わります。
"I'll put him on."

今いません。
"He is not in." , "I'm sorry he's not at his desk." or "He is out now."

まだ来ていません。
"He has not come yet."

今日は休んでいます。
"I'm afraid he's off today."

すいませんが、帰宅しました。
"I'm sorry he is gone home."

10分ほどで戻ります。
"He should be back in ten minutes."

５時までには戻ります。
"He'll be back by 5:00."

こちらから電話させましょうか？
"Shall I have him call you back?"

もう一度お願いします。
"Would you repeat that?"

電話番号は？
"May I have your phone number?"

電話があったことを伝えておきます。
"I'll tell him that you called."

お電話ありがとうございます。
"Thank you for calling."

失礼します。
"Goodbye."

もう少しゆっくりと話してもらえますか？
"Could you speak a little more slowly?"

あいにく今、別の電話にでています。
"I'm afraid he's on another line."

このままお待ちになりますか？
"Would you like to hold?"

かけなおします。
"I'll call back again."

後でかけなおしてもらえますか。
"Could you call back later?"

番号間違ってますよ。
"I'm afraid you have got the wrong number."

興味がありません。（宗教やセールスの電話の場合）
"I'm not interested. Bye."
